Each of these people help the IAHE share information about special events and much more. We have bloggers, Facebook followers, and Twitter users. They help us reach out to homeschool families across the state that may not know about all that the IAHE has to offer. Thank you!

Cheryl Long (aka Long Household)
Cheryl and her hero-husband Terry celebrated their 25th anniversary last December. They have 11 children; 10 biological and a precious little girl who joined their family this past summer, along with three grandbabies, so far. They are training up a Godly generation on 15 beautiful acres in Jackson County. Though neither Cheryl nor her husband have any musical talent, their offspring have been gifted with beautiful voices and play multiple instruments. They have a singing ministry and the three older girls give private music lessons. Along with the three "Long Academy" grads, seven students remain in the home. Cheryl has been teaching phonics for 15 years and believes by the time all is said and done, she may earn a degree. ;) When not schooling, gardening, or keeping up with her large brood, Cheryl enjoys blogging at Treasures from a Shoebox.
